Your tasks
Whether test infrastructure, test data design / creation, quality of results or production release - you are the central responsible person for testing. Within the scope of our demanding customer projects, you have a wide range of tasks with great responsibility. Your various tasks include:
- Continuous implementation control, control and improvement of the test process including all milestones, deliverables and quality targets in accordance with the defined test strategy, test standards and test templates
- Define the test plan and test approach as well as control their implementation
- Planning, organization and control of all activities related to project and product testing, including resource planning, cost estimation and risk management
- Control and analysis of test results
- Creation of status and test reports
- Defect management
- Leadership of the test team
- Coaching of test analysts and testers as well as representation of the test area to the outside
Your profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a test manager in complex IT projects
- Completed Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on business or IT
- Proven training in IT project management and testing
- Certification as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager / Advanced (Technical) Test Analyst
- Safe handling of various test management and defect management tools
- Strong and resilient personality
- Independent, conscientious and exact workmanship as well as high self-motivation
- Very effective communication skills, strong customer orientation, team player
- Very good command of German and English both spoken and written

Your tasks
Within the scope of our demanding customer projects, you are responsible for the automation of test cases. Your various tasks include:
- Review requirements and create test case specifications
- Conception and creation of automation frameworks
- Design and generation of test data (e.g. synthetic)
- Automate functional tests
- Perform automated tests
- Analyze and describe errors and help to resolve them
- Support the test manager in the definition and implementation of the test strategy by using standardized test methods and tools
Your profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a test automation engineer in complex IT projects
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on IT
- Very good programming skills
- Good understanding of the SDLC as well as a safe handling of standard test tools such as Quality Center and UFT
- Certification as ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, Advanced Level is a plus
- Independent, conscientious and exact workmanship as well as high self-motivation
- Willingness to travel
- Effective communication skills, team player
- Good command of German and English both spoken and written
